Thank you for your interest in SWISCO hardware. It looks like you either need the Series 351 or the Series 390 channel balance. The difference between the series 351 and series 390 balances lies in the shoe. The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe. The 15-001 shoe is 1 1/8" from front to back. The 15-002 is 1" from front to back.

Thanks, my shoe is 1 inch so I should choose Series 351 (15-002 shoe). I pull the product code, shown below is this one correct. Since I have the marking 28 3, I should choose the option 2830 is that correct please let me know.

29" SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE
Product Code: S351-29 option 2830

If the product is not a fit what is the return policy. I need 12, shall I buy a pair and try out then buy the rest of it, suggestion please.

The S351-29 with a 2830 stamp option corresponds to a 29" balance marked "28 3" with a 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. If this is what you have, I recommend the S351-29.
