Window channel balance ("26 4 BX CMC 11")

Question

Hello, I have a few window channel balances needing replacement, they are marked as “26 4 BX CMC 11” and when searching for that I see 26” versions, but the metal part of the balance measures at 27”, so I’m not sure which one I should be getting. It appears to possibly be a 385 series since the flange measures just under 1-3/32”?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I will need to get 4 replacements. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. If the shoe depth is greater than 1" and close or equal to 1-3/32", it is the S385-27. For a stamp option choose 2640. Let us know if you have further questions.
