Window channel balance

Greetings from Swisco! I think we can help you with your balance, but you will still need to measure the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. For your 27'' side load balance, use S380-27 , if the bottom nylon shoe measures 1". If the shoe is 1-3/32', use S385-27 . For either series, you will need the 2640 option for a sash weighing between 19-26 lbs, based on your 26-4 stamp. Hope this helps!
