Window channel balance

A home owner from Altoona, FL says:
I have a 15" window channel balance that the cord broke on. The first picture shows the only markings on the balance. They read 14-5 KM5 CMC 68.

Thanks for posting I believe you have either our S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Look these over and see what you think. In either case, I'd recommend our 1450 option.
