Window channel balance

We can totally replace this balance. It's probably either the S380-31 or S385-31. The only difference between them is the depth of the shoe, which I can't make out from your photos. You're only showing the width of the shoe. We have detailed dimensions on  each store page to which I linked, so you can use them as a reference. All you have to do is measure your shoe and look at our photos to confirm the best match.

As for the top sash guide, I'll need to see a photo of it out of the window in order to find a match. The sample will have to be undamaged, and I'll need to see a picture of it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
