Window channel balance

I am in need of four 30 inch window channel balances. Can you tell me what parts I need based on the photo and description?

Hello,

Take a look at our S395-30 channel balance and confirm that the end attachments match up to yours. Also, you'll need the stamp numbers from the back of your balance to choose the correct spring strength option. Thank you!

I'm still al little confused since the stamped numbers don't match with the options you have for sale. Can you help further?

Thanks for getting back to us, and thanks for your patience during this busy season. Please measure the length of your balance's metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end. I think you will find this length is 29", not 30". This is how we determine balance length, so this means you need the S395-29 instead. Finally, your balance's stamp code of 2890 is from an older rating system we don't use. To know what stamp code you need, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
