Window channel balance

A quick learner from Saratoga, Ca says:
I'm trying to fix the window myself. Do you have this part? It measures
20". I have another similar that measures 14" with the marking 13-5.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 14" long. If so, see our S380-14 or S385-14. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1350.
