Window channel balance

Question

I would like to replace this window balance. The metal channel is 24", the spring is 13" and it is from a Crown window.

Hi there, no sweat! It looks like you have either an S351 or S390 balance. They're the same except for the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. The S351 has a shoe that's 1" deep while the S390 has a shoe that's 1-1/8" deep.

When selecting a weight 'option' for your balance, first check it for any corresponding numbers printed on it, or weigh the window sash to determine what weight range it falls into. Please get back to me with any additional questions!
