Window channel balance

I purchased this window channel balance from your company about 2 years ago but I can't remember the type and measurement. Can you identify the part number engraved in the part in the picture so that I can order more?

Hello,

I do not see any past orders under your email address, so we will need to start from scratch. The numbers on your balances indicate the spring strength required to support your window sash but, unfortunately, are not part numbers. If you could show us photos of the top and bottom attachments on your balances, we should be able to point you in the right direction. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
