Window channel balance

Question

Metal part is 24 inches long.
Marking: 22 3 D0 Caldwell

Please help me identify the correct replacement part.
I ordered S380-22 Option 2130, but it's about one inch too short.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2230 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
