Window channel balance

Question

Looking for replacement window balance. It has markings 26 4 GX CMC 7, please tell me what is the correct top and bottom guide so I can order the right replacement.

This whole thing is 27 inches from metal to metal.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You will need a 27" balance with a stamp option of 2640.
