I bought the S377-12 channel balances and my window doesn't have a place for the clips to be inserted. My window is a ANSI/AAMA 101-88.
The window will not stay up. Any advice or recommendations on parts will be appreciated.

Hi there!
We always recommend sticking with the hardware that's original to your window. With that said, this looks like a spiral balance for a tilt window like our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). You will also need to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the correct strength option for your balance. There's a weight chart on the S900 and S600 product pages that will tell you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
