Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify your hardware from this photo alone. The stamp on the metal channel isn't a part number or anything like that; it just represents the spring strength calibration. We would need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings for this balance in order to determine your replacement options.

Based on this new photo, it looks like you have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The important difference between these parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll need to measure as shown in the image below. You will also need to select the 2630 spring strength option for your replacements.
