Window channel balance

Hello,
Our windows keep sliding down and won't stay propped up. We are looking to replace this part but am unsure of which part to order. Please let me know. The marked portion with the arrows is about 1.5 inches.

Hello there!

I'm afraid I can't ID your hardware from this photo alone. I would need you to remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and show us some photos. In the meantime, take a look at the related videos on this page and let us know if you have any questions.

I see the pivot shoe in the window track in your third photo here but it's too damaged and obstructed to make out. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version removed from the window track?

Is there any way to identify the parts? Unfortunately, I'm unable to get a photo of an h damaged part. Is there a way that you could narrow down which parts you may think it is and we can order them all?

It's not possible for us to identify what you may have from these photos, unfortunately. If there's an identical window in the house, we can use that hardware as a reference.
