Window channel balance

Thanks for reaching out! It appears you have either our Series 351 or our Series 390 channel balance. To determine which series you'll need for your replacement balance, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-1/8" as shown below.

You'll want to be sure that the length you confirmed is of the metal channel and not the entire balance. Once you have confirmed this, you'll need to search for any stamps/markings on the metal channel that will help you identify the stamp needed for your balance.
