My window needs channnel balance replacement. Whst kind of channel balance is fit for my windows?

Thank you for your reply.
Last time my friend helped to take out window.
It jammed so I can't do it myself. When I get help, I will take better photo and information and send to you again.

No problem! It appears that the top attachment might be "winged out" like the bottom, but it is blending into the carpet to confirm fully.

If that is the case, with this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 27" and you will need a 2660 stamp option.

Hi Lauren
My metal balance length is 27"
Width is 1/2"
Bottom shoe depth is 1"
Top and bottom both shoe has
wings. Exactly you said S 380
style. We put window back without
balance due to already broken.
Is it okey? I will be not touching
window. I have to get part first
and find handyman.
