Window channel balance

I measure the balance as a width of 1" and length of 28". The shoe has a width of 1 3/32". My sash weighs 17 lb.

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.

I have six similar windows that need repair (so I guess 12 balances).
Have one additional window that needs help, but it has a slight difference. This window is wider (weighs 24 lb). The balance for this window has the same length, width, depth, and shape as the others. However, the balance has a different tension than the bulk order?I will attach the photo for this window below. I guess I need two balances for this unique window.
So that's 14 total.
