I have a window channel balance that needs to be replaced. It looks like it MIGHT be series 385. On it, it is stamped 35-9 KX CMC7. Is there any way you can verify this is the same channel balance style. They all look so similar.

Thanks for posting, Christy. I'm afraid I can't confirm if you have the Series 385 based on just the stamp. All that tells me is the strength of the spring. You will have to carefully match the nylon attachments and their dimensions to your own hardware. The Series 385 comes with our 15-004 shoe and 19-005 top. If they differ in any way, let me know how and we can try to find something better.

This certainly looks like the Series 385 channel balance, but you did not give the dimensions of your bottom shoe, so I can't tell. That's the only thing I'm not really sure about. If it matches the 15-004, then I think that's the right way to go.
