Window channel balance

Question

I'm looking to replace 4 window channel balances they have 3240 stamped on them and measure 33 inches. I want to make sure I order the correct part.

Thanks for your post! You have either the S380-33 or the S385-33 channel balance. To determine which of these is the best replacement option, you'll need to measure the depth (front to back measurement) of your bottom shoe.
