Window channel balance?

I am looking for replacement parts to my window (attached) and could not identify them. There is no numbers or markings on them. They came of a window in my family room. The sash measures 25.5 wide by 35.5 high and is double payne.

This is a coil balance assembly, not a channel balance setup. Your shoe is a match for the 15-180, which uses the S190 coil springs (sold separately). If you need a new double support clip, see the 15-181.
