Window channel balance

I'm looking to replace the window channel balance as currently the window isn't going up and down

im lookingn for an easy plug and install

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balances are a match for either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To confirm which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

Our 2640 stamp option will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.
