Window channel balance

Hello I am uncertain what series of channel balance and guide that I need to purchase. Can you please help? I need to replace both of them, 2340 cj ar are the only identifiers. Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! I'm confident we can supply a replacement for your balances. Although, I will need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on your balance to determine the correct replacement match.

The stamp from the balance is helpful, but we cannot use it to identify the series. It only tells us the weight range the balances may be able to support.

Hi Miranda,

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need either the S351-24 or the S390-24 to replace this balance. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth (front to back measurement) of the bottom shoe.

Our 2340 stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23lbs.
