Window channel balance with " 2920 DS " stamped on the side. Measures 30" from metal-end to metal-end.

Hey there. Looks like you might have the S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2920.

Thank you! Is that the only difference to look out for? The shoe is definitely slightly over 1" so I'm leaning s385 but I want to be sure there's nothing else to look out for before placing order. Thank you again

Yes, with these specific channel balances the shoe depth is the main difference. If it's greater than 1", the Series 385 should work for you.
