How do I figure out balance Series?

We need to replace several window channel balances. They are 24" - 2320. The Swisco site shows this window channel available in several different series. How can I tell which series my replacement part is? I have no other identifying numbers.

EXPERT

The only way to determine what Series you have is to match the nylon caps that are attached to either end of your metal channel to those we show on our site. This is the factor that determines a balance Series.
