Window channel balance

Question

I have two windows in which I need to replace the window channel balance. One channel balance is stamped 25 5 and one is stamped 29 6. How does the second number tie in with the option numbers that are available?

I believe the channel balance that I need is the Series 385.

A stamp of "25 5" corresponds to our 2550 option, while a stamp of "29 6" corresponds to our 2960  option. You can also weigh your sash and refer to the chart we show for all our balances in order to confirm.
