Which channel balance do I order to replace an Atrium 28-3-EW-CMC-11. Photo attached. It is 28" long, 5/8" wide, 1/2" deep.

Thanks for posting! Please see our S395-29, this appears to be a good match. I would double check your length; based on your stamp, it should be 29" long, not 28".
