With your balance being stamped "22 3", it should measure 23" in length. But, we'd like for you to measure just to confirm this information is accurate. Your balance looks compatible with both our Series 351 and Series 390. The only difference is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure your shoe to confirm which balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2230 option that supports a sash weight of 12-19 pounds.
Ah, I see. It's really not recommended going with a stronger spring strength than the original one. You risk the chance of your window not opening and closing properly or functioning the way it is supposed to. If that turns out to be the case with your replacements, I would recommend purchasing the balance closest to the original ones for a smoother application.
