Hi I need help finding out which channel balance to order!
I uploaded some photos, I could add more but was unable to.
The length was 24"
there was a stamp on one that was "23C USB", while the others had writing on it that was "(04/01) UNIQUE 23-C-30"

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for writing in! Your window balances remind me of either the S378-24, S380-24, or S385-24. You'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe to determine which of these is the correct replacement.
I believe you can use the 2330 stamp for the repairs but you'll need to weight the sash to confirm that it weighs between 15 to 18lbs.

Thank you for your response. I sent over a couple more photos. The sash appears to weigh 14.8 lbs and the shoe appears to be pretty close to 1". Let me know what you think and then I'll place my order!

Hi Ryan,
Since the measurement is 7/8", you'd need the S378-24 as shown in the diagram. You'll need to select the 2320 stamp option which can support a sash weighing 9 to 15lbs.
