Window channel balance identification help

I'm struggling with trying to find and order the window balances I need. They are tilt window channel ribbed balances. The channel from metal end to metal end is 24" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. The channel is stamped with 23HD and B.S.I. on it. The top has a 1" long s-clip which attaches the top rivet on the channel to the vinyl side jamb. The shoe is 2" tall, 15/16" wide and 1/2" deep. I had to remove the side jamb in order to slide the balance out. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks for posting, and for the clear dimensions. They are a huge help Our 15-173 pivot shoe appears to match yours. As for the balance, see our Series 750 ribbed tilt balance. If you need a long S hook, see our 19-030. We have many videos associated with your parts that may help you during installation, which you can see on the right side of this page.
