Window channel balance identifiers

Question

I'm trying to make sure I get the right balance channels for my windows the channel is 24" long and has the stamp 23 3 ln Caldwell on them

Hey there,

This window balance is similar to a few series we supply. I've almost got the replacement narrowed down but I'll need to see a clear photo of the piece connecting the spring and the string in the middle of the balance. It should be connected to the bottom of the coiled spring in the balance channel.
