i just spoke on the phone about identifying this window channel balance.
metal length is 35"
width is 1/2"

Thanks for posting. Start by comparing your old channel balances to the S351-35 or S390-35. The only difference between these two channel balances is the nylon shoe 'depth'. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3430.
