Window channel balance needed for Viking window

Question

I have a viking window that the channel balance broke. I have removed the both the windows and the channel balance. The channel Balance shows a stamp of 2220 JK. The measurement is 23" for the metal piece. I've attached some photos in hopes that you can check if you have the parts for me to be able to replace and fix this issue. This combination of attachments is our S395-23, which uses the 19-005 top guide and 15-001 shoe. Your balance is 23" and uses a 2220 "option," which can be checked by weighing the sash. It should weigh between 8 and 12 pounds.
