Window channel balance part 16 3 IR Caldwell

I need to order a couple replacement window balance channels from you but am unsure of the proper part number. They are 17" long (measurement of metal only) and are stamped "16 3 IR Caldwell"

Thank you for submitting your inquiry to our discussion board.

It looks like you have either our series 380 or series 385 channel balance.

The difference between the two balances lies in the bottom shoe.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.

If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.
