Window channel balance replacement

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance is similar to a few we have. To narrow down the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of the balance where the spring and the cord (string) are connected; around the middle/center.

Thanks for the additional photo. You'll need the S395-29 to replace your balance. To select the correct stamp option you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on your channel. 

If yours doesn't have one, or it is hard to read, you'll need to weigh the window sash. There is a chart below the product description that lists the weight ranges each stamp will support.
