Thanks for writing in! Your window balance reminds me of either the Series 351 Balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 390 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the length of the metal channel (not including the attachments) and the measurement for the depth of your shoe.

Regarding the stamp, this isn't one I've come across before, so I'm not able to cross-reference it with the stamps on our balances. That said, I will need to know the exact weight of your sash.

The depth of the shoe is 1 1/8 inches; the metal channel is 18 inches long (not including attachments) and the sash weighs 14 lbs. There were two types of pulley arrangements, two different channel balances. The first four images that I sent to you show the style I want, this style was not broken. I have included, here, now, two images of the one that broke to make you aware that if at all possible I do not, repeat, do not want this style of pulley arrangement. The two types are completely interchangeable, in fact, I did interchange them to put, what I consider the best ones, in positions that got the most use.

You'll need the S390-18. There are two stamp options that can support a 14lb sash; the 1730 (supports 12 to 14lbs) and the 1740 (supports 14 to 17lbs). It would be a good idea to double check and confirm the exact weight to confirm which of these is the stamp you need.

This is the only replacement recommendation we have for the balance you have here. The pulley system appears to match what you've shown in the first four photos.
