Window channel balance replacement

Question

Need assistance selecting stamp option. Balance I am replacing has the following as it's only marking... "29-4 DA2 CMC 7"

Window is Dixie single pane, metal frame approx. 45" X 31"

I have identified Series the 30" Series 385 channel balance as the part I need.

Thanks for your post. I see you are mentioning our S385-30 channel balances. Usually your stamping of "29-4 DA2 CMC7" corresponds to our 2940 stamp option with a sash weight range of 23-28 pounds. If that sounds about how much your window sash weighs, then you should be good to go.
