The string and spring fell out from my window when I tried to open it today, and I'm looking for 2 fully assembled replacement channels to replace them. Would you please help me to identify & let me know which model I should purchase for the replacement ? Many thanks!
Width : 1/2" Length: a bit longer than 25.5"
The channel has 25 5 BSI RM stamped
The shoe has PAT 6598264 stamped
