Hello! I'm unable to see the ends of your balance clearly. Can you turn them on an angle so that any "wings" on the attachments are visible, and then send more photos?

I suspect the bottom attachment has wings, and I can see that the top attachment has none. I'm thinking that this is Series 351, Series 390, or Series 350, depending on the wing configuration.

You'll also need to re-measure the depth of the shoe and read the measurement off to us, because accurate measurements cannot be read from a tape measure in a photo.

The last thing you need is the weight of the sash. Remove it and carry it onto a scale to tell how much weight the balance should be calibrated to lift.

Thanks for your reply. Here is the info, and some new pictures.

Bottom shoe does have wings. Depth appears to be 1 1/16 inch.
Width of wing is 30/32 of inch.

Sash is very close to 40 pounds

Great, thanks! See our Series 350, I think you'll find this is a close match. I recommend getting an exact sash weight just to be sure. You can see a chart on our Series 350 store page that tells you how much weight each option can support.
