Window channel balance replacement

A handy person from Florida says:
Hello,

The house is 20 years old and has non-tilted windows. The metal part is 30 inches long. The top guide has wings on both sides and maybe the 15P142 based on some of my reading. The bottom guide measured one inches long front to back with wings on both sides and could be the 15P104 based on some of my reading online. The imprint on the metal shows "29 9 BSI", I don't have a scale to weight the sash, but I think it is around 25 to 35 lbs. I can do the weight of the sash if needed. I have 4 windows and need 8 of these. I just want to make sure I do not make a mistake ordering the wrong ones. Thank you so much for your help.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
