looking for two sizes of similar window replacement channels. Vinyl Windows were installed in new home in 1994. Both look similar to S380 or S385)
both non-tilt, 1/2 inch channels.
1. 27 inch, 26 4 Caldwell KM
2. 33 inch, 32 3 Caldwell LM

You are quite right. It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe.
The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is 1 3/32" deep from front to back. The Series 385 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions.
