Window channel balance replacements

Hi there!

I'm afraid I cannot identify what Series of balance you'll need from these photos. The numbers on your hardware aren't a part number, it simply represents the weight range it's calibrated to support. With that said, can you show me some photos of the top and bottom fittings? The video below will go into more detail.

Thanks a huge help, thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Please also note that if these balances came off of the same window, then they should have the same stamps. If these did indeed come off the same window then I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to verify what stamp option is best needed for that application. We have a chart on each balance's store page that tells you exactly how much weight each stamp supports.

If these balances came off of two different windows, then that's totally fine. You can ignore me.
