Window channel balance replacements help

Question

Hi I need help identifying this part. It's for a non tilt window. The only markings it has is 20-4 HE5 CMC 75. As per the picture. Need help on getting two replacement parts thank you.

The length is 21" without the two ends.

We believe you have the S390-21 side-load balance. See if your balance uses the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom balance fittings. If so, use the aforementioned balance. The spring weight option for 20-4 is typically 2040.
