Window channel balance stamped 2820 & 1120

I have a house that was built in 1980 and need to replace the channel balance. I am using some used parts to make some work, but need some new ones.

3 sets of 2820 (6 pieces) & 2 sets of 1120 (4 pieces).

I will need window sash guides.

I'm pretty sure we can replace these balances, but I can't tell what you have, exactly. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show me a clear picture of the top nylon attachment that was installed? Can you also tell me the depth of your bottom shoe, visible in your last two photos?
