Window channel balance type

I need help identifying which parts to order for a new window balance. I attached some photos.

The stamp on the balance is "25 5 EV CMC 2" the length is 26".

I would start by looking at our S350-26 with a 2550 option. This may be the balance you want. Tell me what you think!
