I am in need of a 27" window balance labeled with the number "26 4 EU CMC 2", along with the top and bottom guides. The balance width is 1/2?. It looks like I might need the 2640 balance series 350, but my top guide doesn't look exactly like the one that comes with your balance. Could you give me some insight as to what balance/guides I need? Thank you!

You're on the right track.
27" length? Yes.
2640 option? Yes.
Series 350 is really close, but as you noticed, the top is different. Check out Series 385, which has the correct top, and measure your shoe to make sure you have the one below. If so, choose S385-27.
