Window channel balance and top sash guide

A home owner from Port Charlotte FL says:
The metal channel is 30" long by 5/8" wide. The sash guide is 1 3/4" long and 5/8" wide. Stamped on the channel is 2950

Hello! Your top sash guide looks very much like our 18-161, which is commonly used with the Series 380 channel balance. Look these parts over and see if you think they match what you have now.

Take note that the Series 380 balance comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match, then you should be okay.
