Window channel balancer

Can you please help me identify what channel balancer I need? This is from a Milgard window. The only information I can find on it is 13 4 PM. Between the 4 and the PM going across in the opposite direction, I see what could be ISF or TSF Or IS8 (very hard to see).

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 13-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I'll just need a few more details so I can get this moving for you. Can you show us a clear and up-close photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? And how many balances are you looking to order?

I forgot to add that it's 13.5 inches long. And I need 4 of them.

Thanks for getting back to us. The metal channel for our replacements is designed specifically to replace those with a 13-5/8" long metal channel. They won't work for you if your length differs from this. Just something to keep in mind! I'll email you a purchase link for (4) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
