I would like to order 2 replacement window channel balances 25" long, 1/2" wide. 1" deep including plastic attachment at the bottom, otherwise 5/8" deep
The window weighs 21 lbs. I was able to get a replacement a few years ago for one of these balances that has 2440D stamped on it. It seemed to work OK.
Thanks for writing in. See either our S380-25 or S385-25. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Yes, if your window weighs 21 lbs, a stamp option of 2240 should work for you. Let us know if you need anything else.
