With your balance still installed, we can't make an accurate recommendation. We will need to see photos of the complete balance removed from the window. The balance in your photos appears to show some damage, so if we could have you send photos of an undamaged balance, it will greater our chances in finding the correct match. Thank you.

Hey there, maybe I can help. It looks like You have a very old Pan Am window. We can still make the balance that works with it, but it will have to be a custom order. This configuration just isn't made much anymore.

Specifically, we'll be using a 19-035 top fitting and 15-007 screw-on bottom fitting. The #18 stamped on the metal balance channel represents a our more modern 1810 stamp option. This indicates that two of these balances can carry a sash weighing 5 through 8 pounds. I highly recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm that this is accurate. The length of the metal channel should also be 19". Please confirm that detail, as well.

If this all looks good to you, please let me know how many you need to order. I will email you a custom order link and price quote for that quantity.
