I need to replace quite a few balances for my windows. After checking your website I am unsure which ones I need to order.
I think the Series 390 might be the correct part but the shoe appears to be different from mine. I would like to confirm that the Series 390 will fit and operate correctly in my windows before I order them.Stamped on the balances are "2340" and "2330".

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
Please also note that two balances in the same window need to have identical stamps. You mentioned that you have 2340 on one and 2330 on the other; if these are in the same window then that's no good. You will have to weigh your sash to confirm the best option.
